She continued: “GNDI represents more than 130,000 individual directors and governance professionals. Our members and attendees collectively have the best knowledge and understanding of directors’ issues, trends and best practices. This meeting was an important platform for knowledge exchange amongst organisations representing board directors.”

The GNDI is an international collaboration that shares expertise in directorship and corporate governance. The network aims to strengthen the voice of directors to advocate for good governance policies and practices as well as educating key influencers on matters relating to boardroom leadership.
